The launch of Noble House, part of the Scan-Thor Group, was an exciting departure for the company. Targetting the middle market, the client was bringing excellent quality and very keen prices to the furniture trade. Nicky Stephen Marketing’s brief was to launch the brand to the independent and multiple furniture trade. We flew key trade journalists out to Poland to see the factory where the product was being made so that the concept could be understood fully. The result was excellent coverage in all trade publications and a target market who knew a great deal about the brand when the first sales person crossed their threshold to talk about it, a good example of successful launch PR.
